I’ve spent more than 20 years working as a firefighter, where trust, preparation, teamwork, and looking after people are simply part of the job. Those same values carry into the way I cook.
Corbin Cooking is built around straightforward food done properly-quality ingredients, scratch cooking, thoughtful menus, and a high standard of execution. I’m not interested in making food complicated just for the sake of it. I want it to taste great, feel generous, and suit the people sitting around the table.
Some of the best memories are made around a kitchen table, sharing good food with the people who matter to you. That’s a big part of why I cook. My job is to come into your home, take care of the food, and create a meal that gives you the time to enjoy your guests, bring people together, and hopefully make a few memories along the way.
